The best Chocolate chip muffin recipe

Indie Style Guide to Handmade and Vintage: Chocolate chip muffin recipe

The best Chocolate chip muffin recipe
Hi Jelena from JP with love here :)

Is there something better than a warm muffin with a glass of milk?
You wouldn't beleve but I am one of those people who does not like sweets. Now you are probably saying WHAT??? How's that possible :)
It is... but when I made these muffins for my husband I absolutely had to try them and now  I am addicted to muffins :)
Chocolate chip muffins are one of the best sweet things I've tried in my life and this recipe you simply can not ignore.
This is THE best recipe you can find. Try it and you will see!
If you are always on the run this is perfect recipe for you FAST and EASY!
Preparation time 5 min.
Cook time 18 min

First you must separate dry and wet ingredients!

Ingredients for muffins
Dry ingredients
2 cups of Flour
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 tbls of brown sugar
1 tbls of baking powder
1/2 of salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
( of your choice I use dark chocolate)
*Mix it together*

Egg
Wet ingredients
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1/3 vegetable oil
1-2 tsp vanilla
Mix it together

Now you can merge all together :)
What I usually do is : I melt some of those chocolate chips with little milk and I add that to it. This will give additional chocolate aroma plus your muffin will have a nice chocolate brown color. Fill a muffin tin with mixture.
Bake in a 400 degree F preheated oven for 18 min.
Enjoy your muffins ;)

JP
Let me know how you like this recipe :)
